Well it's been awhile. Been doing the facebook thing. That is so much easier to keep up with. I've been rehabing from a neck issue so it has kept me off the bike for way to long. I have missed the last two WORS races and just was able to start riding my bike again today. Things have been busy getting ready for the baby coming in July. Now I have to start training for the rest of the season. Also I start working next week so this will be interesting.

Nice, you see; I told you facebook was addicted. Bloggin is old stuff now. I see you hanging from that palm tree. :0. How are you feeling? It's not even a month dude, did you take classes so you can help Michelle? Otherwise you do something wrong and she'll slapp you in the face haha.

Yeah Carlos Facebook is so much easier to keep up with everyone. I'm feeling alot better. I'm just trying to get some fitness back. I only have a week of riding in.
Sarah I hope your having a good time. Michelle and I are hoping the baby comes a week or two early so in August we can hopefully go camping up in Spooner.
